After receiving your request, we will contact you either by email or on the phone to discuss the most important details, and if you prefer we are happy to schedule a complimentary video call to discuss your ideas in detail.
In 48 hours you will receive a non-binding proposal that includes your custom-made itinerary with the recommended programs, accommodations and experiences. This will be your base plan, which can be modified based on your needs.
Feel free to compare different plans and make your decision.
Kindly note that work culture in Southeast Asia is different from Western standards. In most cases, it may take 3–5 working days to receive a finalized quotation.

Whether you're traveling on a set budget or just want to know what's possible within a certain range, we're here to work with you.

We’ll also ask a few questions about past trips - like where you’ve stayed before or what you loved (or didn’t) and how much you spent. You’d be surprised how much a list of hotels you’ve enjoyed can tell us! Way often more than just a room budget. So don’t hold back! The more we know, the better we can shape a journey that feels just right for you.

It’s not always an easy question to answer, but providing an idea of your budget helps us plan more efficiently. Malaysia and Singapore are not the cheapest countries in Southeast Asia; services in Singapore can be 3-4 times more expensive than in neighboring countries. Malaysia is more affordable, but still generally higher than places like Thailand or Vietnam. Knowing your budget helps us tailor the experience, from the level of accommodation and transport to the included activities, so we can create the best possible itinerary within your preferred range.

What resort/hotel star rating do you prefer?

No hotel reservation required Ultra-Luxury: For clients who want the highest level of luxury and are willing to spend on world-renowned brands like Raffles, AMAN, Four Seasons, and Capella. Luxurious: A more approachable level of luxury, such as Mandarin Oriental, The Ruma, Banjaran, and Ritz-Carlton, which offer a refined experience without reaching the price point of ultra-luxury. Standard Five-Star: For those looking for excellent service and facilities but not necessarily the most extravagant options. Standard Four-Star: For clients seeking good quality accommodations without the higher cost of five-star hotels. It offers solid comfort and reliable service at a moderate price. Unique Premium Heritage Hotels: For those who value a special, culturally rich experience, staying in heritage properties that have been restored to a premium standard. Unique Heritage Hotels: For travelers who appreciate history and character, staying in historical properties with distinct charm and appeal. Boutique Hotels: For those who enjoy smaller, more intimate properties with personalized service, often with a unique, local touch. Budget-Friendly (3-Star and below): For clients who are looking for more affordable options that still provide a good level of service and comfort.
